backstage from the EMODA show last saturday. crazy hair and make. can you imagine how it feels with that plastic thing really tight around your head? haha.. anyways, we had alot of fun. and I love the jewellery and the shoes. I totally need a pair of blue high heels.
wow. halloween was so much fun. I´m still recovering. it´s third year in a row that I celebrate with these girls in Tokyo. the energy here is amazing. check out pics from last year and the year before. I love dressing up for halloween and costume parties. it´s the best thing. Tokyo is also the best place to do it cause everybody is so into it. the pink wig that Irina is wearing I got from a show that I did on saturday. best present ever. I´m totally gonna wear it soon.

today I had 2 shows and I just got back from dinner with the girls. love being here. tmrw after work we are gonna celebrate halloween! so excited! I got this amazing costume, you will see.
last sunday we had our first day off since we got here. we went to the park close to the imperial palace, had the best smoothies ever, layed down on the grass and watched all the cute japanese kids playing.
I’m really into mindfulness right now. it helps you focus on the here and now, makes it easier to concentrate and it increases your creativity. it also makes you enjoy things more. the small simple things that gives you good energy, like laying down on the grass or having a smoothie.
